How to Cancel Mellow Flow and Request a Refund: iPhone, Android, Web

To cancel MellowFlow, go through whoever processes your payment: Apple if you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Google Play if you subscribed on Android, PayPal if that’s your payment method, or the MellowFlow website if you signed up there directly. Deleting the app does not stop the charges. The rest of this guide walks through each path, plus how to handle free trials, refunds, and charges that appear after you’ve already canceled.

Find Out Who Bills You

Open the email confirmation you got when you signed up. It will name the billing platform. If you can’t find it, check your bank or credit card statement. “APPLE.COM/BILL” means Apple handles the subscription, “GOOGLE*MELLOWFLOW” points to Google Play, and a plain “MELLOWFLOW” charge means you subscribed on the website. A PayPal line item means PayPal is holding the billing agreement, and you’ll need to cancel there regardless of where you originally signed up.

  • Tap Payments & Subscriptions, then Manage Subscriptions.
  • Select MellowFlow and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on the MellowFlow Website

If you signed up at mellowflow.app rather than through an app store, log in there and open your account or billing settings. A cancellation option lives inside those settings. The site may show a survey or a retention offer before it lets you finish, so keep clicking through to the final confirmation screen.

When it’s done, you should see a message that the subscription will not renew. Screenshot that page and hang on to any cancellation email. If the cancellation button isn’t showing up in your account, email hello@mellowflow.app with your registered email address and the last four digits of the payment method on file. Cancel a PayPal Billing Agreement

If your statement shows PayPal handled the charge, you have to cancel the automatic payment through PayPal. Neither MellowFlow nor the app stores can stop a PayPal billing agreement.

On the PayPal website, go to Settings, click Payments, then Manage Automatic Payments. Find MellowFlow and cancel. In the PayPal app, tap the menu icon, then Subscriptions or Linked Businesses, select MellowFlow, tap Manage, and choose Stop Paying with PayPal. Free Trials Convert Automatically

MellowFlow’s free trial rolls into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Waiting until you see a charge means you’re now asking for a refund instead of canceling.

Both Apple and Google let you cancel during a trial without losing trial access. You keep the app through the last day of the trial, and it simply doesn’t convert. If you’re still deciding whether to keep MellowFlow, this is the safe move.

Requesting a Refund

Recurring charges outside that window may not qualify. Email hello@mellowflow.app to start a refund request and keep copies of everything you send.
