How to Cancel Magnet Mind Subscription on Any Device

To cancel a Magnet Mind subscription, go to the platform that processes your payment (Apple, Google Play, or the Magnet Mind website) and cancel there before your next renewal date. Deleting the app does not stop the charges. Your subscription lives with the billing platform, not the app on your phone, so uninstalling Magnet Mind leaves the recurring payment running on schedule.1Google Play Help. Check Who Is Actually Billing You

Pull up a recent bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant name on the Magnet Mind charge. A charge from “Apple” or “Apple.com/bill” means you subscribed through an iPhone or iPad and need to cancel in iOS Settings. “Google” or “GOOGLE*MagnetMind” means you subscribed through the Play Store on Android. A charge that reads “Magnet Mind” directly means you signed up on their website, and that’s where the cancellation lives.

This step isn’t optional. Canceling on the wrong platform does nothing, and an iPhone user hunting for a cancel button on the Magnet Mind site won’t find one, because Apple holds the subscription.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple Find Magnet Mind in the list, tap it, then tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see the button.3Apple Support. See Your Purchases and Subscriptions in the App Store on iPhone – Section: Change or Cancel a Subscription

After you confirm, the status changes from a renewal date to an expiration date. You keep access to Magnet Mind until that date passes, then it ends and no further charges hit.

The 24-Hour Deadline

Apple requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date. A subscription renewing on March 15 must be canceled by March 14. This bites hardest with free trials: if you want to avoid being charged when a trial converts to paid, cancel more than 24 hours before the trial ends. Waiting until the renewal day usually means you get billed for the next cycle anyway.

Cancel Through Google Play on Android

Open Settings, tap Google, tap your name, and choose Manage your Google Account. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.1Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Select Magnet Mind and tap Cancel subscription. Google may ask why; giving a reason is optional. Confirm, and the status should switch to “Canceled” right away.

You keep access through the end of the current billing period. Before closing the screen, confirm the status reads “Canceled” rather than “Active,” and take a screenshot. Google doesn’t reliably send a cancellation email, so the screenshot is your proof.

Cancel on the Magnet Mind Website

Log in with the email you used to subscribe. Open your account or billing settings and look for a cancellation option, usually labeled something like “Cancel Subscription” or “End Membership.” Confirm, and a screen should appear with your final access date.

Screenshot that confirmation page. If a cancellation reference number or transaction ID appears, save it too. A confirmation email should follow, but emails can end up in spam, and the screenshot is what you’ll want on hand if a charge shows up later.

Refunds

Magnet Mind’s terms, as listed on its App Store page, state a no-refund policy unless the product is “faulty or not as described.” If you think that fits your situation, you have 14 days from purchase to email hello@magnetmind.app with your details and any supporting evidence.4Apple App Store. The developer isn’t your only route. If Apple billed you, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.5Apple Support. If You’re Charged After Canceling

Start with the platform that took the payment. Contact Apple Support or Google Play support, share your cancellation confirmation, and reference the date of the new charge. Most post-cancellation charges are timing issues where the cancellation landed inside the renewal window.

If the platform won’t fix it, federal law gives you a backup. The Electronic Fund Transfer Act lets you stop a preauthorized recurring payment by notifying your bank or credit card company at least three business days before the next scheduled charge.7Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers Call your bank, name the specific charge, and ask them to block future payments to that merchant. For a charge that already posted after you canceled, file a billing dispute. That screenshot of the cancellation confirmation is what makes the dispute straightforward.
