How to Cancel Lymphoria Subscription and Stop Charges

How you cancel a Lymphoria subscription depends on where you signed up. If you subscribed on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you cancel through Apple. If you subscribed on an Android device, you cancel through Google Play. If you ordered from the company’s website or a storefront like the Shop app, you cancel inside that account or by emailing the seller. Federal law requires the cancellation process to be at least as easy as sign-up, so no legitimate route should take more than a few clicks or a short message.

Find Out Who’s Actually Billing You

Before you start clicking around, figure out who is pulling money from your account. Search your email for the original purchase receipt. A receipt from Apple or Google means that company handles the billing and is the only place the cancellation will stick. A receipt from Lymphoria directly, or from a payment processor on the seller’s site, means you cancel with the seller.

Your bank or card statement confirms it. A line reading “APPLE.COM/BILL” points to Apple. A charge in the company’s own name points to a direct website subscription. Canceling in the wrong place does nothing, and the next charge still hits.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

If Apple is the biller, the seller cannot cancel for you. On an iPhone or iPad:

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Find and tap the Lymphoria subscription.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll to see the button.

If there is no Cancel button and you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already canceled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, click Account Settings, and scroll to Subscriptions. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Cancel Through Google Play

On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Tap the Lymphoria entry and tap Cancel. Google will display the date your access ends. Finish the cancellation before the next renewal date or you will be charged for another cycle.

Deleting the app does not stop the billing. Apple and Google keep charging for active subscriptions whether the app is on your phone or not. You have to cancel inside the subscription screen.

Cancel a Direct Website or Shop App Subscription

If you ordered the wellness drops from the company’s own site or through a storefront account, log in and look for a subscription, billing, or deliveries section. Most setups let you cancel, pause, or change the delivery interval yourself. Monthly and multi-month plans are usually managed from the same screen.

If no self-service cancel button exists, email the company’s support address. Use a subject line like “Cancel Subscription – [Your Name]” and include your account email, order number, and a clear statement that you are revoking authorization for any future charges. Federal law requires online sellers who use recurring billing to give you a straightforward way to stop the charges.2Congress.gov. Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act The FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule reinforces this: cancellation has to be as easy as sign-up, and the seller cannot route you into a phone maze if you enrolled with a couple of online clicks.3Federal Trade Commission. Keep Proof the Cancellation Went Through

Look for a confirmation email within a few hours. In the Apple or Google subscription screen, you should now see an expiration date rather than an active renewal. Screenshot it. If you canceled by email, save the full thread, including your request and any reply.

Watch your bank or card statement for at least one full billing cycle after the cancellation date. If a charge still appears, your screenshots and emails are what you’ll need to get it reversed.

If the Charges Keep Coming: Stop Them at Your Bank

When a company ignores a cancellation or keeps billing anyway, you can shut off the payments directly. Under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, you can stop a preauthorized recurring debit from your bank account by notifying your bank orally or in writing at least three business days before the next scheduled transfer.4Office of the Law Revision Counsel. United States Code Title 15 – 1693e Preauthorized Transfers Your bank may ask you to put an oral request in writing within 14 days.

The CFPB suggests a two-step sequence: tell the company in writing that you are revoking authorization for automatic payments, then tell your bank you have revoked that authorization and ask for a stop payment order. Any charges the company runs after that count as errors, and the bank can refund them.5Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. How Do I Stop Automatic Payments From My Bank Account? Banks commonly charge $20 to $35 for a stop payment order, so use this when the normal cancellation route has failed.

Dispute a Credit Card Charge

If you paid by credit card and the company billed you after you canceled, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute the charge in writing. You have 60 days from the date the statement with the error was sent. Write to the card issuer’s billing inquiry address (not the payment address) with your name, account number, and the reason the charge is wrong.6Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges Certified mail with a return receipt gives you a dated record.

You don’t have to pay the disputed amount while the issuer investigates. The issuer must acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days, and during that window it cannot report you as delinquent on the disputed amount or close your account over it.6Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges The 60-day clock starts when the statement is sent, not when you notice the charge, so open your statements promptly.7Office of the Law Revision Counsel. Report the Company

If Lymphoria refuses to cancel, makes the process unreasonably difficult, or keeps charging after cancellation, report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and to your state attorney general’s office.8Federal Trade Commission. Getting In and Out of Free Trials, Auto-Renewals, and Negative Option Subscriptions A single complaint rarely produces a direct response, but the FTC uses patterns across complaints to build cases against companies with deceptive billing practices.
