To cancel a Just Done AI subscription, go to the platform you signed up through: justdone.ai if you subscribed on the website, the Subscriptions menu in your Apple ID settings if you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, or the Google Play subscriptions page if you signed up on Android. You can also email support@justdone.ai. One timing rule matters more than any of the steps: if you’re on the $2.00 seven-day trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, or the system automatically charges you $39.99.1JustDone. Set a reminder for day five or six. Waiting until day seven is often already too late.
Cancel Through the Just Done AI Website
If you subscribed directly at justdone.ai, cancel through the website itself. Log in with the email and password you registered, then open your account settings and find the subscription or billing section. It shows your current plan and next renewal date. Look for a cancellation or “manage subscription” link and follow the confirmation prompts.
Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen before you close the page, and save any confirmation email. If a charge later shows up on your statement, that record is what you’ll need to dispute it.
Cancel Through Apple (iPhone or iPad)
If you signed up inside the app on iOS, Apple runs the billing. Deleting the app does not stop the charges, and neither does canceling on the Just Done AI website.
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Just Done AI subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
If there’s no Cancel button and you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple

- Select “I’d like to” and choose “Request a refund.”
- Pick a reason and tap Next.
- Select the Just Done AI charge and submit.
Apple usually responds within 24 to 48 hours.3Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought from Apple You can’t request a refund on a pending charge, so wait for the email receipt before you start.
Cancel Through Google Play (Android)
If you subscribed through the Play Store, cancel in Google’s system. Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Go to your subscriptions, or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions directly.
- Select Just Done AI.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Cancel by Email
If you can’t find the cancellation control in your account, or you just want a written record, email support@justdone.ai.6JustDone. Subscription Terms Use a subject line like “Cancel Subscription” and include the email address on your account in the message body.
Don’t rely on email alone if your renewal is tomorrow. Responses can be slow, and consumers have described long waits or no reply at all on cancellation and refund requests. If your renewal is close, cancel through the website or app store first and use email as a backup record.
If You’re Still Being Charged
Charges that continue after cancellation are the most common complaint with this service. Work through these steps in order.
First, check the merchant name on your bank or card statement. If it reads “Apple” or “Google,” the charge came through that platform and has to be canceled and disputed there, not on the Just Done AI website. This is where people most often get stuck: they cancel on the site but the original subscription lives inside Apple or Google, so the billing keeps running.
Second, email support@justdone.ai. Attach your cancellation screenshot, the date you canceled, and the date of the charge you didn’t authorize. Ask for a refund in writing.
Third, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you can dispute unauthorized charges on a credit card statement. Call your card issuer, explain that you canceled before the charge posted, and send the cancellation confirmation as evidence. Most issuers give you a 60-day window from the statement date to open a dispute.
Fourth, if the billing pattern feels deceptive, you can file a complaint at reportfraud.ftc.gov. The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act makes it illegal for online sellers to charge consumers for recurring services without clearly disclosing all material terms and obtaining express informed consent before the first charge.7Congress.gov. Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act If the auto-renewal terms weren’t clearly disclosed when you signed up, that federal law is on your side.
Just Done AI’s subscription terms page has a “Refund rules” heading, but the content under it is blank. In practice, users report that getting a refund directly from the company has been difficult, so the platform routes (Apple, Google, or a card chargeback) tend to be the ones that actually work. The sooner you file, the better your odds. A dispute opened days after a charge is far stronger than one opened two months later.
What Happens to Your Data After You Cancel
Your account normally stays accessible through the end of the current billing period. Once that period ends, you can lose access to documents or content you created on the platform, so export anything you want to keep before that date.
To have your personal data permanently deleted, email support@justdone.ai and request deletion. The company’s privacy policy directs users who want their data removed to contact support.8JustDone AI. Privacy Policy There is no self-service delete button in the dashboard, so email is the only route.
