To cancel Jerkmate, log in and cancel from your account page, email supportteam@jerkmatelive.com, or contact the third-party billing company that actually processed your payment. Which one you need depends on how you were billed, and picking the wrong one means the charges keep coming. The base membership is free, but premium features run on recurring charges that hit your card until you actively stop them.
Before you do anything else, pull up your bank statement or the confirmation email you got at signup. If the merchant name is Epoch, SegPay, or Probiller, canceling on the Jerkmate site alone may not stop the billing. You’ll need to go through the processor too.
Cancel From Your Account Page
Log in, open “My Account,” find your premium membership, and use the cancellation option there. Access continues until the end of your current 30-day billing period. You keep what you already paid for; no new charges generate after that period ends.1Jerkmate. How to Delete a Jerkmate Account
Cancel by Email
If the on-site option isn’t working or you want a written record, email supportteam@jerkmatelive.com. Include your login name, your full name, and the last four digits of the card on file, or the full account number if you paid another way.1Jerkmate. How to Delete a Jerkmate Account It’s worth sending this email even after canceling in your account, because the reply timestamps your cancellation. That matters if a charge shows up later and you have to dispute it.
Cancel Through the Billing Processor
Many Jerkmate charges are handled by outside billers, not Jerkmate itself. Whichever one appears on your statement is the company actually moving money from your card, so that’s where the recurring charge has to be stopped.
Epoch
Look up your subscription at epoch.com. Billing support is at billing@billingsupport.com, 1-800-893-8871, or 1-310-827-9939 for international callers. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. Epoch sends a confirmation email once cancellation goes through, so check spam if you don’t see it.
SegPay
Use the self-service portal at cs.segpay.com to find your subscription and cancel. Email, phone, and live chat are available through the same portal. Identity verification requires two of three: the card used at signup, the email you registered with, or the purchase ID from your confirmation.
Probiller
Probiller runs 24/7 support at 1-855-232-9550, billingsupportd@probiller.com, and live chat on their site. Agents can stop recurring memberships directly.2Probiller. Probiller – Online Payment – Billing – eCommerce
Confirm the Cancellation Actually Took
Save the confirmation email whichever route you used. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, follow up through jerkmatelive.com/support, which runs around the clock, or ping the billing processor again.3Jerkmate. Contact Us
Then watch your statements for two full billing cycles. One charge can slip through if cancellation landed close to a billing date. Two means something didn’t take, and you need to act.
Dispute Charges That Come Through Anyway
If your card gets hit after cancellation, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date the statement containing the error was sent to dispute it in writing. Send the dispute to your card issuer’s billing inquiry address, not the payment address, with your name, account number, and a description of the charge.4Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors
The issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days or two billing cycles, whichever comes first. During the investigation, the issuer cannot report you as delinquent on the disputed amount or send it to collections. You still owe the rest of your bill.5Federal Trade Commission. Using Credit Cards and Disputing Charges
Send the letter by certified mail with a return receipt. The 60-day window is firm. Miss it and you lose this route, even for a charge that was clearly unauthorized.
Your Rights on Recurring Online Subscriptions
The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act requires any online recurring-billing operation to clearly disclose the terms before collecting payment information, get your express consent before charging, and provide a simple way to stop future charges.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 8403 – Negative Option Marketing on the Internet If cancellation is made unreasonably harder than signup was, that’s a potential violation. Complaints go to the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov. Around 30 states have their own automatic-renewal laws layered on top, and some require advance notice before a subscription renews.
