How to Cancel Honeytoon Subscription: Website, Apple, Google, PayPal

To cancel a Honeytoon subscription, use the same channel you used to sign up: email contact@honeytoon.com if you subscribed on the Honeytoon website, or open your subscription settings in Apple, Google Play, or PayPal if you paid through one of those. Your premium access runs until the end of the current billing period, and any coins you bought stay in your account.

Check Where You Signed Up First

Look at your bank or credit card statement before doing anything else. The merchant name on the charge tells you which cancellation path applies. A charge listed as Honeytoon means you subscribed directly through the website. A charge listed as Apple or Google means the app store is handling the billing, and canceling inside the Honeytoon app or emailing Honeytoon will not stop those charges. This is the single most common mistake people make.

Initial sign-ups often come with a discounted introductory price that jumps to the standard rate at renewal, which is why a charge you weren’t expecting may be what brought you here.1Honeytoon. Honeytoon Upgrade Plans

Cancel a Direct Website Subscription

Honeytoon.com has no self-service cancel button. Send an email to contact@honeytoon.com from the address tied to your account, request cancellation, and ask for written confirmation. If you registered through a social media login and your real email is hidden, open the Account section of your profile, find the automatically generated email address listed there, and include it in your request.2Honeytoon. Honeytoon Frequently Asked Questions

You should receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.3Honeytoon. Contact HoneyToon Save that confirmation. If a charge shows up later, that email is your evidence.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple controls the billing and Honeytoon cannot stop it on their end. On your device:

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions to see everything recurring on your Apple ID.
  • Select Honeytoon and tap Cancel Subscription.

If there is no Cancel button and you see an expiration date in red text instead, the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.4Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You keep premium access until that expiration date.

Cancel Through Google Play

Android subscribers manage Honeytoon billing through Google Play, not through the Honeytoon app:

  • Open the Google Play Store app and go to the subscriptions section.
  • Select the Honeytoon subscription from your active list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.

You can also get there from your device’s Settings app by tapping Google, then your name, then Manage Your Google Account, then Payments and Subscriptions.5Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Once canceled, confirm that the entry shows an end date rather than a renewal date.

Cancel Through PayPal

If PayPal is your payment method, you can revoke Honeytoon’s authorization directly. Log in to PayPal, go to Settings, click Payments, then select Automatic Payments (sometimes labeled Subscriptions and Saved Businesses). Find Honeytoon in the list and cancel the automatic payment.6PayPal. What Is an Automatic Payment and How Do I Update or Cancel One This cuts the authorization off at the source, so even if Honeytoon’s system attempts a charge, PayPal will not process it.

What Happens to Your Coins and Access

Canceling the subscription and deleting the account are two different actions with very different results. Cancel the subscription and your purchased coins stay in your account; you can keep spending them on individual chapters after your premium access ends.2Honeytoon. Honeytoon Frequently Asked Questions

Delete the account and everything is gone. Any active subscription is canceled immediately, all content access ends, and every unused coin is forfeited with no refund.2Honeytoon. Honeytoon Frequently Asked Questions If you have coins left, cancel the subscription first, use the coins, then decide about deletion.

One more thing to watch: coins are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and expire after that, with no refund for expired coins.7Honeytoon. Honeytoon Payment and Refund Policy Don’t sit on a balance too long.

Refunds After Canceling

Honeytoon’s general policy is that fees paid for membership or coins are non-refundable, with two exceptions. You can request a voluntary refund within 120 calendar days of a credit or debit card payment. Honeytoon may also refund coins spent on content in cases of fraud, identity theft, unauthorized payments, or materially defective service.7Honeytoon. Honeytoon Payment and Refund Policy

Canceling mid-cycle does not produce a prorated refund. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and access ends when that period runs out.7Honeytoon. Honeytoon Payment and Refund Policy

If Charges Continue After You Cancel

First, confirm you canceled through the right channel. If you subscribed on iPhone or Android and only emailed Honeytoon, the app store is still billing you because Honeytoon never controlled that payment. Go back and cancel through Apple, Google Play, or PayPal as appropriate.

If you canceled through the correct channel and have a confirmation email but the charges keep coming, contact Honeytoon support at contact@honeytoon.com with your payment receipt and cancellation confirmation attached.3Honeytoon. Contact HoneyToon

If that fails, dispute the charge with your card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you can dispute a billing error in writing within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. The issuer must acknowledge the dispute within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days. While the dispute is open, you can withhold payment on the disputed amount, and the issuer cannot report you as delinquent or take collection action against you on that amount.
