To cancel Flo Premium, cancel through whichever service is actually charging your card — Apple, Google Play, PayPal, or Flo’s own website. Stopping the subscription inside the Flo app won’t stop the billing, because Flo usually isn’t the one collecting the money.
Find Out Who’s Billing You
Pull up your most recent Flo charge on your bank or credit card statement. The merchant name points you to the right place to cancel.
- “APPLE.COM/BILL” or “Apple Services” means Apple handles the billing.
- “GOOGLE*Flo Health” or similar Google branding means Google Play.
- A PayPal charge means PayPal is running the recurring payment.
- “Flo Health” with no platform branding usually means you signed up directly at flo.health.
This matters more than it sounds. Canceling in Google Play when Apple is the biller does nothing. Only the platform collecting the payment can stop it.

Cancel Directly on Flo’s Website
If you signed up at flo.health and the charge on your statement has no Apple, Google, or PayPal branding, Flo is probably billing you directly. Log in on the Flo website, open your profile or account settings, and look for the subscription or membership section. Click the option to cancel and confirm. If the subscription is actually routed through one of the app stores or PayPal, the cancellation option on the website either won’t appear or won’t stop the charges.
What If You Can’t Log In
Losing access to the email tied to your Flo account isn’t the end of the road. Start with a password reset on whichever platform is doing the billing. Apple, Google, and PayPal each have their own recovery flows that are separate from your Flo login.
If Apple or Google is the biller, you don’t need the Flo app at all. The subscription lives in your Apple Account or Google account, so you can cancel from your phone’s settings or the app store even if the Flo login itself is lost.
As a last resort, ask your bank or card issuer to block future charges from the merchant. Most issuers can stop recurring charges from a specific name. That doesn’t formally end your agreement with Flo, so in theory an unpaid balance could be sent to collections, but for a low-cost app subscription that outcome is rare.
After You Cancel
You don’t lose premium access the moment you cancel. Apple and Google both keep premium features running through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. When that period ends, your account drops back to the free version of Flo. Your data stays; the paid features go away.5Flo Health. What Is Included in Flo Premium
Watch for a confirmation email from Apple, Google, or PayPal. Save it. If another charge appears next month, that email is your evidence when you push back.
Getting a Refund for Past Charges
Canceling stops future charges. It doesn’t give you back what you’ve already paid. If a free trial converted without clear notice, or you were charged after you thought you’d canceled, go to the platform that billed you.
Apple
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the charge you want to dispute. Apple doesn’t publish a fixed deadline, and whether you qualify depends on your country and the circumstances, so file sooner rather than later.6Apple Support. Google Play
Google’s refund rules vary by product, timing, and country. For subscriptions created by a third-party developer like Flo, contacting the developer directly is often faster since they can process refunds under their own policy. Unauthorized charges must be reported within 120 days of the transaction.7Google Play Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies
Disputing the Charge With Your Bank
If the platform denies the refund, or charges keep hitting your account after you’ve canceled, the next step is a formal dispute with your card issuer or bank.
For credit cards, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date the statement was sent to dispute a billing error in writing. Fraudulent charges have no time limit. Send the dispute to the issuer’s billing inquiries address, not the general customer service line.8Office of the Law Revision Counsel. United States Code Title 15 – 1666 Correction of Billing Errors
For debit cards, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act gives you the same 60-day window, counted from the date your bank sent the statement with the charge. You can report in writing or orally, and the bank has ten business days to investigate.9Office of the Law Revision Counsel. United States Code Title 15 – 1693f Error Resolution
Move quickly in either case. Past 60 days, your position weakens and the bank can deny the dispute outright.
