How to Cancel FitOn Subscription on Any Device

To cancel a FitOn Pro subscription, you have to go back to wherever you signed up: Apple if you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Google Play on Android, Samsung’s Galaxy Store, Roku, Amazon, or FitOn’s own website. FitOn itself cannot cancel a subscription billed by one of those app stores, and uninstalling the app does not stop the charges. Learning how to cancel a FitOn subscription is really a question of finding the right billing channel.

If you are not sure which one is charging you, check your original purchase confirmation email or the merchant name on your bank statement.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find FitOn in the list, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll to see the cancel button. When it works, the confirmation screen shows the date your access expires rather than a next renewal date.1Apple. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription from Apple

Do this at least a day before the next billing date. Once Apple processes a renewal, you are dealing with a refund request instead of a cancellation.

Cancel on Android

Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon in the upper-right corner, then go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select FitOn, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts. Google may ask why you are leaving before it confirms.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel on Samsung, Roku, or Amazon

Samsung Galaxy Store

Open the Galaxy Store app, tap the Menu icon, tap Subscriptions, select FitOn, and tap Unsubscribe. Sign in with the same Samsung account you used to subscribe.3Samsung. How Do I Cancel a Subscription in Galaxy Store

Roku

From the Roku home screen, highlight the FitOn channel, press the Star button on the remote, choose Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew. If FitOn does not appear in your Roku subscription list, you subscribed through a different platform and need to cancel there instead.4Roku Support. Manage or Cancel Subscriptions on Roku

Amazon Appstore

On Amazon’s website, go to Your Account. Under Digital content and devices, select Your Apps, then Your Subscriptions under Manage. From there you can cancel or turn off auto-renewal for FitOn. Access continues until the current period ends.5Amazon Customer Service. Manage Your Appstore Subscriptions from the Website

Cancel Through the FitOn Website

If you signed up directly at FitOn’s site rather than through an app store, log in at app.fitonapp.com and open your account settings. The subscription area has the cancel option, and FitOn’s terms confirm you can cancel at any time through this path.6FitOn Health. Terms of Use

Deleting the App Will Not Cancel It

This is where people lose money. Uninstalling FitOn from your phone does nothing to the subscription. Billing lives with Apple, Google, Samsung, Roku, Amazon, or FitOn’s website, not with the icon on your home screen. You can delete the app, reset the phone, and switch carriers, and the charges keep coming until you cancel through the platform where you subscribed.

What Happens After You Cancel

Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. FitOn’s terms state that you will not receive a refund for the current period, but your access runs through the end of that cycle.7FitOn. Terms of Use – Section: Subscriptions After that, your account reverts to the free version. Workout history, saved routines, and progress data stay intact, and the free tier still includes a large workout library.

Because the paid time is yours regardless of when you cancel during the cycle, the safest move is to cancel as soon as you decide you are done.

Requesting a Refund

Refunds usually come from whoever processed the payment, not from FitOn.

  • Apple (iOS): FitOn cannot refund App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, select Request a refund, choose a reason, and select the FitOn charge.8Apple. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought from Apple
  • Google Play (Android): You can contact FitOn directly with your original receipt and order number (it starts with “GPA”), or request a refund through Google Play by going to play.google.com, clicking your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history, and selecting Report a problem next to the charge.9FitOn Help Center. • Website purchases: Contact FitOn using the information in their terms of use.

Refund approval is not guaranteed, especially after a renewal has already posted. Your best chance is to act quickly after an unwanted charge appears. If a free trial converted to a paid subscription because you forgot to cancel in time, the same refund paths apply.

Deleting Your FitOn Account Is Separate

Canceling stops the charges. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, workout history, and personal data from FitOn. They are not the same action, and deleting the account does not stop billing that is managed by Apple, Google, or another platform, so cancel the subscription first.

To delete the account, use a computer. Log in at app.fitonapp.com, open Settings, then Edit Profile, and select Delete at the bottom of the page. Account deletion is not available in the FitOn mobile apps.10FitOn Help Center. How Can I Delete My Account
