How to Cancel Eulen Subscription: Dashboard, Processor, and Bank Steps

To cancel an Eulen subscription, start in the Eulen account dashboard, then fall back to the payment processor that billed you (Sellix, Stripe, or PayPal), and use your bank only if those routes fail. Which path works fastest depends on how you paid at signup.

Gather Your Account Details First

Find the original purchase receipt in your email. That message contains the Order ID tied to your license and confirms the email address you used to register, which is also your login for the Eulen dashboard and the payment processor.

Identify which processor billed you. Eulen routes payments through Sellix, Stripe, or PayPal rather than charging directly. Search your inbox for each of those names alongside “Eulen.” Knowing the processor matters because if the dashboard method doesn’t work, that’s where you cancel next.

Cancel Through the Eulen Dashboard

Log into your account on the Eulen website. Open the billing or subscription tab, which lists your active licenses and the next scheduled payment date. Select the subscription, click cancel, and confirm through any follow-up prompts.

The status should switch to “canceled” or “pending expiration.” Screenshot that confirmation and save any cancellation email that arrives. If a charge still hits your account later, that documentation is what you’ll need to dispute it.

Cancel Through the Payment Processor

If the dashboard is unresponsive or you can’t log in, cancel with the processor directly. Each one works differently.

Sellix

Sellix runs a customer dashboard for managing active subscriptions. Look in your purchase confirmation emails for a subscription management link from Sellix; that link opens your billing records and lets you switch off auto-renewal without a separate password. If you can’t find the email, go to Sellix’s site and request a new management link using the email you checked out with.

Stripe

Stripe does not let customers cancel subscriptions on their own. Stripe’s support page states that you must contact the business directly, because Stripe is not authorized to cancel subscriptions on a customer’s behalf.1Stripe. Cancelling a Subscription Made Through Stripe If Eulen is unresponsive, Stripe recommends contacting your bank to discuss options, including opening a dispute. Some Stripe invoices include a customer portal link in the original email, so check that first.

PayPal

PayPal gives you direct control. On the website, open Settings, click Payments, and select “Subscriptions and saved businesses” or “Automatic Payments.” Find Eulen in the list and cancel the automatic payment. In the app, tap the menu icon, then “Subscriptions, Linked Businesses or Pay Bills,” select the merchant, and stop paying with PayPal.2PayPal. Ask Your Bank to Block Future Charges

When neither the dashboard nor the processor works, your bank is the backstop. Under Regulation E, you can stop a preauthorized electronic fund transfer by notifying your bank or credit union at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. Call or visit and request a stop payment order on the merchant. The bank may ask for written confirmation within 14 days; without it, an oral stop payment order expires.3Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 1005.10 Preauthorized Transfers

Banks generally charge a fee for stop payment orders.4Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. How Do I Stop Automatic Payments From My Bank Account Amounts vary by institution but commonly run from $0 to $35. Treat this as a fallback, not a first step.

What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges, but access to Eulen’s features usually continues through the billing period you already paid for. Most Stripe-based subscription systems are configured to let the current period run out rather than cutting access immediately.5Stripe. Cancel Subscriptions – Section: Cancel at the End of the Current Billing Period Once that period ends, the software stops working when it tries to verify the license.

Don’t expect a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current cycle. Subscription software almost universally treats the current period as fully earned once the charge processes. If you’re close to a renewal and know you want out, cancel before the renewal hits. Waiting until the day after leaves you paying for another full cycle.

Disputing Charges That Keep Coming

If Eulen charges you after cancellation, your dispute rights depend on how you paid. Credit card users are protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act, which lets you dispute billing errors in writing within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge. The dispute letter must include your name, account number, the amount, and why you believe it’s an error.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1666 – Correction of Billing Errors Send it to the card issuer’s billing inquiries address, not general customer service. The issuer then has two billing cycles (up to 90 days) to investigate and resolve it.

For debit card and bank account charges, the Regulation E stop payment process is your primary tool. If a charge slips through despite a valid stop payment order, your bank may be liable for the amount. Keep every piece of documentation: cancellation confirmations, emails, chat logs with support, and bank receipts. Disputes fall apart when you can’t prove you canceled before the charge went through.

When Cancellation Is Made Unreasonably Hard

The FTC finalized a rule in late 2024 requiring subscription sellers to make cancellation as easy as signup. The rule prohibits sellers from failing to provide a simple cancellation mechanism that immediately stops charges.7Federal Trade Commission. Federal Trade Commission Announces Final Click-to-Cancel Rule Making It Easier for Consumers to End Recurring Subscriptions If a vendor forces you through hoops, requires a phone call when you signed up online, or hides the cancel button, that practice may violate the rule. File a complaint at ftc.gov if Eulen or any other service makes cancellation unreasonably difficult.
