To cancel eDreams Prime, log into your account on the website or app, open My Prime Account, click Manage subscription, and follow the cancel flow to the final confirmation — or call the eDreams Prime line for your country. Whichever route you use, submit the cancellation at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends, or eDreams will automatically charge you for the next term.1eDreams. Before You Start
You need the email address and password tied to your eDreams account. If you signed up for Prime during a flight booking and never set a password, go to the eDreams homepage, click Log in, and use the Forgot your password? link to create one. Without a password, you cannot reach the cancellation settings at all.2eDreams. How to Cancel Your eDreams Prime Subscription
Once you’re in, open My Prime Account and check your renewal date. That date is your hard deadline: cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the current term or free trial expires.1eDreams. Terms and Conditions for eDreams Prime Miss the cutoff and the renewal charge processes automatically. Take a screenshot of the date so you have a record of when your window closes.
If you’re still inside a 15-day free trial that started with a booking, the same logic applies. Once the trial ends, eDreams charges your most recent payment method automatically unless you cancel before it expires.3eDreams. Canceling on the Website
eDreams recommends phone cancellation as the fastest option, but the online route works if you follow every step through to the confirmation screen.
- Go to the eDreams homepage and click My Account or My Prime in the upper right. Sign in with the email and password linked to your subscription.
- Click your name (marked with the yellow Prime star) to open your dashboard, then select My Prime Account from the side menu.
- In the My plan section, click the Manage subscription tab. A pop-up will appear.
- Select the cancel link inside the pop-up and work through the confirmation steps to disable auto-renewal.2eDreams. How to Cancel Your eDreams Prime Subscription
eDreams will show retention offers and screens listing what you’ll lose. Keep clicking through until you reach the final confirmation. Cancellation is not complete until your account status changes on screen. If the page still shows an active subscription after you finish, something went wrong. Try again or switch to phone.
Canceling in the App
Open the eDreams app and tap the profile icon in the navigation bar, then tap into the Prime section to view your membership. The app uses the same Manage subscription flow as the website, with a cancel option that routes through several retention screens before the final confirmation button.
After you tap the final cancel button, the app should update your status to show Prime will not renew. Verify by closing the app completely, reopening it, and checking your Prime status again. If it still reads “Active” with no expiration note, the request may not have gone through.
Canceling by Phone
Calling is the most direct route, especially if you can’t log in or the site isn’t cooperating. eDreams provides dedicated Prime lines that are free and available around the clock.2eDreams. How to Cancel Your eDreams Prime Subscription

Tell the agent plainly that you want to cancel your Prime subscription. They will likely offer a discount or a pause. If you want out, say so. Before hanging up, ask for a confirmation email and a reference number. That number is your proof if a charge shows up later.
If You Subscribed Through Apple or Google Play
If you originally signed up for Prime through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store rather than the eDreams website, the subscription is managed by Apple or Google, not eDreams. Canceling inside the eDreams app or website will not stop the charges. You have to cancel through your device.
On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, find eDreams Prime, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, find eDreams, and cancel there. If you aren’t sure where you subscribed, look up the original receipt in your email. An Apple or Google receipt means the cancellation happens on their side.
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling stops auto-renewal but doesn’t end your access right away. You keep your Prime benefits and discounts for the rest of the billing period you already paid for, and eDreams will not refund the fee for the current term.1eDreams. Terms and Conditions for eDreams Prime If six months remain on an annual plan, you can still use Prime pricing for those six months. When the period ends, the account reverts to a standard eDreams account and member pricing goes away.
Canceling early costs you nothing extra and canceling at the last minute saves you nothing. You’ve paid for the full term either way, and the benefits run until it does.
The EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you’re in the European Union, you have an additional protection. EU consumer law gives you 14 days from the date you agreed to the subscription to withdraw entirely, without giving a reason.4European Union. Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on Consumer Rights If you exercise this right, eDreams must reimburse the subscription fee, minus the value of any Prime discounts you actually used during those 14 days.1eDreams. Terms and Conditions for eDreams Prime
There is a catch. If you booked a discounted flight on day one and saved €40 through Prime pricing, eDreams can deduct that amount from your refund. The withdrawal right is most useful if you signed up and changed your mind before using any Prime benefits. Once the 14-day window closes, standard cancellation rules apply and fees already charged aren’t refundable.
Disputing a Charge You Couldn’t Stop
If eDreams charged your card after you thought you canceled, or if a renewal went through before you realized the subscription existed, you have options beyond eDreams’ own support.
In the United States, the Fair Credit Billing Act gives you 60 days from the date your card issuer sent the statement containing the charge to dispute it in writing. Your dispute must identify your account, state that you believe the charge is a billing error, and explain why.5Office of the Law Revision Counsel. United States Code Title 15 – 1666 Correction of Billing Errors Send the letter to the billing dispute address on your statement, not the general customer service address. Most issuers also let you file through their app or website, but the statutory protection is specifically for written notices.
If you paid through PayPal, go into your PayPal settings, find eDreams under automatic or pre-approved payments, and cancel the billing agreement there. That blocks new charges but will not refund past ones. For a refund of a recent PayPal charge, open a dispute within 180 days of the transaction.
For EU residents, the 14-day withdrawal right is the strongest tool for recent charges. Beyond that window, contact your bank about a chargeback if the charge was unauthorized or if you can document a cancellation eDreams failed to honor.
