To cancel a Dr. Kegel subscription, go to the platform that actually bills you — the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Dr. Kegel’s own billing portal — and cancel there. The whole thing takes under two minutes once you’re on the right screen. The mistake that keeps people paying is assuming that deleting the app cancels the plan. It doesn’t. Apple and Google treat the billing agreement as separate from the app itself, so the charges keep hitting your card every cycle until you cancel through the subscription settings.
Find Out Who’s Billing You
Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the descriptor on the Dr. Kegel charge. If it reads “APPLE.COM/BILL,” the subscription runs through Apple. If it starts with “GOOGLE*” followed by an app name, Google Play handles it. If it shows Dr. Kegel directly, or references something like “Chargebee” or “kegel-plan.com,” you subscribed through the website and need to cancel through their billing portal.
This matters because canceling in the wrong place does nothing. Apple subscriptions can only be canceled through Apple. Same for Google Play. Same for a direct web purchase.
Cancel Through Apple
On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Dr. Kegel, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. If there’s no cancel button or you see a red expiration message, the subscription is already canceled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then click Account Settings. Scroll to Subscriptions, click Manage, pick the Dr. Kegel subscription, and click Cancel Subscription.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

Cancel Through Google Play
On Android, open Settings, tap Google, tap your name, and select Manage your Google Account. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions. Find Dr. Kegel and tap Cancel subscription. Google may ask why you’re leaving before it finalizes.2Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play
You can also open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon in the upper corner, and select Payments & subscriptions. Either path lands on the same cancellation screen.
Cancel a Direct Web Subscription

Time It Before Your Renewal
Cancel before the next renewal date. Apple and Google both renew automatically, and once a new cycle starts, reversing the charge gets harder. Apple’s policy requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date to skip the next charge.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
You typically keep access to paid features through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel a monthly plan on day 10, you still get the remaining 20 days. Partial-month refunds are rarely automatic, which is why canceling close to the renewal date, rather than the day after one, tends to save the most money.
Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
Go back to the subscription screen after you cancel. Apple shows an expiration date in place of a renewal date once a subscription is canceled. Google Play displays the end date. Either way, you want a fixed end date on the screen, not a “renews on” date.
Save any confirmation email the platform or Dr. Kegel sends. If a charge shows up on your statement after the confirmed end date, that email is your evidence.
If You Were Charged After Canceling
Start with the platform that billed you. Apple charges go through reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple Account, tap “I’d like to,” select “Request a refund,” pick your reason, then choose the Dr. Kegel charge. Apple typically responds within 24 to 48 hours.4Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple
For Google Play, refund policies vary by purchase date and location, and you have 120 days from the transaction to report an unauthorized charge.5Google Play Help. Learn About Google Play Refund Policies
If the platform won’t resolve it, contact your bank or card issuer. The FTC recommends filing a chargeback dispute when a company keeps charging after you’ve canceled. Start the dispute through your card’s online portal or by calling the number on the back of your card, and follow up with a written letter to the billing disputes address to strengthen the claim.6Federal Trade Commission. How to Stop Subscriptions You Never Ordered
Federal law gives you 60 days from the date your bank sends a statement containing an unauthorized charge to report it. Missing that window doesn’t erase all your rights, but it does limit what your bank has to cover. If you had extenuating circumstances for the delay, your bank must extend the deadline to a reasonable period.7eCFR. 12 CFR 1005.6 – Liability of Consumer for Unauthorized Transfers
