How to Cancel DanceFitMe: iPhone, Android, Web, and Refunds

To cancel DanceFitMe, go through whichever platform bills you: Apple if you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, Google Play if you signed up on an Android device, or DanceFitMe’s own website if you subscribed there directly. The app itself does not process the cancellation, so opening DanceFitMe and looking for a cancel button will not stop the charges.

Before you do anything else, confirm who is billing you. Search your email for “DanceFitMe,” “order confirmation,” or “subscription started.” Your receipt will name the processor. A bank or card statement works too: charges routed through the App Store show as “APPLE.COM/BILL,” and Google Play charges show as “GOOGLE*” in the merchant line. Once you know the platform, log in there with the account you used to sign up.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top. Tap Subscriptions, find DanceFitMe in the list, and tap it. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. If there is no cancel button and you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.1Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

You can reach the same screen from the App Store: tap your profile icon in the upper right, then tap Subscriptions.2Apple Support. See Your Purchases and Subscriptions in the App Store on iPhone

Cancel on Android

Open the Google Play app, go to your subscriptions, select DanceFitMe, tap Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts. Google may ask why you’re canceling; pick any reason and continue.3Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

Cancel a Website Subscription

If you signed up directly on DanceFitMe’s site, log in through a web browser and look for a settings, billing, or account section that shows your current plan. Expect retention offers and multiple confirmation prompts. Complete every step until the page confirms in plain language that recurring billing has stopped.

If you cannot find a cancellation option, email support@dancefit.me. Include your account email, the date you subscribed, and a clear statement that you want to cancel. Keep a copy of what you send.

Canceling During the Free Trial

DanceFitMe offers a free trial that user reports describe as seven days. You need to cancel before the trial ends, not after. Both Apple and Google convert the trial into a paid subscription automatically the moment the window closes, and the charge posts immediately.

The steps during a trial are the same as above. After you cancel, you generally keep access for the remaining trial days.

h2>What Happens After You Cancel

Canceling stops future charges, but you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If your billing date is the 15th and you cancel on the 3rd, the app still works through the 15th. On Apple, canceling tells the system not to renew after the current period expires.1Apple Support. A confirmation email should arrive within 24 to 48 hours. If it doesn’t, go back into your subscription settings and check that DanceFitMe reads as expired or set to expire. Screenshot the screen. That screenshot is your evidence if a charge shows up later.

Getting a Refund If You Were Already Charged

If a charge went through after you thought you’d canceled, or you missed the end of the free trial, request a refund from whichever platform billed you. Refunds are not guaranteed, but both companies handle accidental renewals routinely.

Apple

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select Request a Refund. Choose the reason that matches your situation, then select the DanceFitMe charge. Apple usually responds within 48 hours. Pending charges cannot be refunded, and any unpaid orders on your Apple ID have to be resolved first.4Apple Support. Google Play

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

Complaints on Google’s support forums describe difficulty getting DanceFitMe charges to stop. Work through the following in order.

First, verify the cancellation actually completed. Reopen your Apple or Google subscription settings and confirm the status reads canceled or expired. Many “failed cancellations” are cancellations that were started but never confirmed on the final screen.

Second, email DanceFitMe at support@dancefit.me. State that you canceled, include the date and any confirmation you have, and ask them to stop billing your account. Save the email.

Third, if charges continue after you’ve canceled through both the app store and the company, contact your bank or credit union. You can revoke a company’s authorization to take automatic payments from your account. Call your bank and follow up in writing. Some banks will also place a stop payment order on the specific merchant. Once authorization is revoked, further charges from that company are errors your bank can help you recover.6Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Stopping payments through your bank does not cancel the underlying subscription. Cancel through the app store or website too, so the company cannot claim you still owe for service.
