First, Find Out Where You Were Billed
The most common reason a cancellation attempt fails is trying it on the wrong platform. If you signed up on candy.ai directly, Apple and Google can’t help you. If you signed up through an app store, Candy AI’s own settings page can’t cancel the charge.
Check your bank or credit card statement. A descriptor reading “Paddle” or “Paddle.net” means you subscribed through the website, since Candy AI uses Paddle as its payment processor.1Paddle. Cancel on the Candy AI Website
If you paid through candy.ai:
- Log in to your account.
- Open the My Profile menu.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom, where your subscription details appear next to an Unsubscribe button.
- Click Unsubscribe and confirm.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad
If the App Store handles the billing, cancel there:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Candy AI entry.

Cancel on Android Through Google Play
If you subscribed through the Play Store:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon in the upper corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select the Candy AI subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

What Happens to Your Account, Tokens, and Money

Refunds are possible but narrow. Candy AI allows a refund only if you request it within 24 hours of payment, you have used 20 or fewer tokens, and you paid by card.6Candy.ai Help Center. If You’re Still Being Charged After Canceling

If support doesn’t resolve the charge, you can dispute it with your card issuer. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you have 60 days from the date the bill with the error was sent to submit a written dispute, and you don’t have to pay the disputed amount while it is investigated.8Federal Trade Commission. Deleting the Account Is Not the Same as Canceling
Deleting your Candy AI account before the next renewal date will automatically cancel an active subscription that was billed through the website.9Candy.ai Help Center. It lives independently of your Candy AI account, so deleting the account without also canceling in Apple or Google Play can leave the charge in place.
