How to Cancel an IM8 Subscription: Online, Email, and Refunds

To cancel an IM8 subscription, log in to the subscription portal at im8health.com/a/account/subscriptions and cancel there, or email IM8’s customer service team at care@im8health.com. Either way, do it before the last day of your current billing period, or you’ll be charged for the next cycle.

Cancel Through the Online Portal

The portal is the fastest route. Sign in at im8health.com/a/account/subscriptions using the email address tied to your order. Click “More” next to your active subscription, then select “Cancel.” The same screen shows your order history and upcoming shipment dates, so you can confirm where you stand before you confirm the cancellation.1IM8 Health. One catch trips people up: canceling the subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped. If your next shipment is already in fulfillment, the portal cancellation only stops the one after that. To try to intercept an order that’s already in the pipeline, email care@im8health.com right away, though IM8 warns this isn’t always possible once fulfillment has started.1IM8 Health. Cancel by Email

If the portal gives you trouble or you’d rather have written proof, email the Customer Success Team at care@im8health.com. Put your name and the word “cancellation” in the subject line so the message routes correctly. In the body, include the email address on your account and a clear statement that you want to cancel your subscription and stop all future charges. Keep it short.2IM8 Health. Email has one advantage the portal doesn’t: a timestamped paper trail. If a billing dispute comes up later, you can point to the exact date and time you asked to cancel. Save the sent message and any reply.

When to Cancel to Avoid the Next Charge

IM8’s terms require you to cancel by the last day of your billing period to avoid the next charge. Cancellations take effect on that last day, so you keep access to any remaining subscription benefits until the period ends.2IM8 Health. IM8 Health Terms of Service

The billing cycle depends on your plan. The 30-day supply bills $119 every four weeks. The 90-day supply bills $312 every twelve weeks. Check your original order confirmation or your bank statement to see when the next charge is scheduled, and cancel a few days ahead of that date to give yourself a buffer.3IM8 Health. Pause or Skip Instead

If you have extra product stacking up or just want a break, you don’t have to cancel. The portal also lets you pause the subscription, skip a shipment, or push your delivery date back. That keeps the account active and preserves subscription pricing, which matters because the one-time purchase price of IM8’s longevity supplement is $149 against $119 on the 30-day plan.1IM8 Health. If You Want a Refund, Not Just a Cancellation

IM8 advertises a money-back guarantee, and the window matches your plan: 30 days on the 30-day supply, 90 days on the 90-day supply.3IM8 Health. IM8 Daily Ultimate Longevity – Advanced Support for Healthy Aging IM8’s terms point to a separate Returns Policy for the full details. If you’re inside the window and want your money back, email care@im8health.com and specifically request a refund under the guarantee, not just a cancellation.

If Charges Keep Coming After You Cancel

Most cancellations go through cleanly. If IM8 charges you after you’ve confirmed the subscription is stopped, your options depend on how you paid.

Credit Card Dispute

The Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute billing errors and unauthorized charges on credit card accounts. You have 60 days from the date you receive the statement containing the charge to send a written dispute to your card issuer. The issuer must acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and resolve it within 90 days. During the investigation, the issuer cannot try to collect the disputed amount or report it as late.5Federal Trade Commission. Fair Credit Billing Act This protection applies only to credit cards, not debit cards.

Stop Payment on a Bank Debit

If IM8 pulls directly from your bank account through a preauthorized electronic transfer, you can place a stop payment order. Contact your bank at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. You can give the order by phone, but the bank may require written confirmation within 14 days, and an oral order expires if you don’t follow up in writing.6Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers Written stop payment orders typically expire after six months but can be renewed.7HelpWithMyBank.gov. How Can I Stop a Preauthorized Debit Banks often charge a fee for stop payment orders, typically in the range of $20 to $35.

FTC Complaint

If the company keeps billing you despite a clear cancellation, report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. The FTC doesn’t resolve individual disputes, but complaints help the agency spot patterns that can lead to enforcement. If You Subscribed Through Amazon or Apple

Canceling with IM8 directly won’t stop charges that are actually being processed by a third-party platform. Check your bank or credit card statement to see who’s billing you, then cancel there.

Amazon Subscribe and Save

Go to “Your Subscribe & Save Items,” open the “Subscriptions” tab, click the product image or “Edit,” and select “Cancel subscription.” Do it before the “Last day to update this order” date shown on your subscription page, or the next shipment will process as scheduled. Once an order enters shipping, you can’t cancel it and will need to request a return instead.9Amazon. Cancel Your Subscribe and Save Subscription

Apple App Store

On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap “Subscriptions,” select the IM8 subscription, and tap “Cancel Subscription.” On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name, go to Account Settings, scroll to Subscriptions, and click Manage. You can also cancel through account.apple.com. If the cancel button is missing or the expiration date appears in red, the subscription is already canceled. For a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.10Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
