To cancel an Aurabloom subscription, log into your account on the Aurabloom website and cancel from your subscription settings, or email the request to support@aurabloom.com. If you originally signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you have to cancel through that app store instead, because Aurabloom doesn’t control billing that Apple or Google processes. Which path you take depends entirely on how you signed up in the first place.
Find Out Who Is Actually Charging You
Pull up your bank or credit card statement and look at the merchant name on the recurring charge. If it reads “Aurabloom” or something close, the subscription runs through the Aurabloom website. If it reads “Apple.com/bill” or “Google,” the app store handles the billing and Aurabloom cannot cancel it for you.
Your original welcome email or first receipt will also name the platform that processed the payment. On a phone, you can open your device settings and check the active subscriptions under your Apple ID or Google account. Whichever entry shows Aurabloom is the one you need to cancel through.
Cancel on the Aurabloom Website
Aurabloom’s product page states you can cancel or pause at any time.1AuraBloom. AuraBloom Subscription Box Log in with the email address you used at sign-up, open your account settings, find the subscription management area, and follow the prompts to cancel. Expect to re-enter your password before the change goes through.
If the dashboard doesn’t show a cancel option, or the button won’t work, email support@aurabloom.com. Customer service runs Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern.2AuraBloom.com. Cancel on iPhone or iPadh2>
If you subscribed inside the app on an iPhone or iPad, cancellation happens in Apple’s Settings, not on Aurabloom’s site. Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Aurabloom in the list, tap it, and tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down for the button. If a red expiration message appears where the cancel button would be, the subscription is already canceled.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple
Cancel on Android Through Google Play
Open the Google Play app and go to your subscriptions. You can also get there through the Settings app by tapping Google, then your name, then Manage your Google Account, then Payments & subscriptions, then Manage subscriptions.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play Pick the Aurabloom subscription and follow the steps.
One point that trips people up on both platforms: deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Google says so directly.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play The billing agreement lives in your app store account, not in the icon on your screen. Uninstall the app and the charges keep coming.
What Happens After You Cancel
You should get a confirmation email or see the status change in your account. Save it. That confirmation is your evidence if charges keep appearing. If you already paid for a billing cycle that hasn’t ended, you generally keep access through the end of that period because the payment has already cleared.
Check your bank statements over the next billing cycle or two. If a charge posts after your confirmed cancellation date, the confirmation email is what you’ll show your bank or card issuer when disputing it.
Asking for a Refund
Aurabloom’s published return policy covers physical products with a 30-day window from purchase, and it warns that orders placed by mistake and not canceled within 24 hours may not qualify for a return.5AuraBloom. Return Policy The posted policy doesn’t specifically address prorated refunds on a partly used subscription period, so ask support@aurabloom.com about your particular charge.
If you paid through Apple, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” pick your reason, and select the Aurabloom charge. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.6Apple Support. Request a Refund for Apps or Content That You Bought From Apple Google Play also handles refund requests, though for purchases older than 48 hours Google directs you to contact the app developer directly.7Google Play Help. Your Rights Under the FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule
A federal rule that took effect in May 2025 requires any business selling a subscription to make cancellation at least as simple as the sign-up process.8Federal Register. Negative Option Rule If you signed up with a couple of clicks on a website, the company cannot force you to call and wait on hold to cancel. The cancellation channel has to be available in the same medium as sign-up.
The rule also requires sellers to clearly disclose all material terms before taking your payment information and to get your express informed consent before charging you on a recurring basis.8Federal Register. Negative Option Rule If a company buries the cancel button or adds steps that didn’t exist at sign-up, that violates federal law, and you can file a complaint at ftc.gov.
Stopping Charges Through Your Bank
If you’ve canceled and charges still appear, or you truly cannot reach the company, federal law lets you stop preauthorized recurring transfers. You notify your bank orally or in writing at least three business days before the next scheduled charge.9Office of the Law Revision Counsel. 15 USC 1693e – Preauthorized Transfers The bank can require written confirmation within 14 days of an oral request, and without that written follow-up the oral stop-payment order expires.10Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. 12 CFR 1005.10 – Preauthorized Transfers
Banks generally charge a fee for stop-payment orders, often around $20 to $35. This is a last step, after you’ve tried to cancel through the normal channels and kept records of the attempt. If you paid by credit card rather than debit card or bank transfer, disputing the charge as a billing error with your card issuer under the Fair Credit Billing Act avoids the fee and gives you stronger protections.
Hold on to your cancellation confirmation, any emails with Aurabloom support, and screenshots showing the canceled status in your account. That paper trail is what settles a billing dispute in your favor.
