To cancel your ALLBLK subscription, go to the same platform that charges you each month — the ALLBLK website, Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or your cable provider — and cancel there. Canceling in the wrong place leaves the charges running, so the first move is figuring out who is actually billing you.
Find Out Where You’re Being Billed
Check your bank or credit card statement for the name on the recurring charge. If it reads “Apple,” “Google,” “Amazon,” or your cable company, that’s the platform you have to use. ALLBLK cannot stop charges that originate with a third party.
You can also confirm this inside your account. Cancel on the ALLBLK Website
If you signed up directly at allblk.tv, cancel there. Log in, click “My ALLBLK” in the top-right corner, select “Manage Account,” then click “Cancel Membership.”2ALLBLK Help Center. After you confirm, the page should show an expiration date in place of the renewal date.
Save the confirmation email. It’s your proof the cancellation processed, and worth keeping until a full billing cycle passes with no new charge.
If You’re Still in the Free Trial
ALLBLK’s signup page states that new subscribers can cancel within seven days of starting a trial to avoid being charged.3ALLBLK. Sign Up Miss the window and you’ll be billed for the first period. The cancellation steps are the same as above, so don’t leave it until the final hour in case a password reset or technical issue slows you down.
Cancel Through a Third-Party Platform
ALLBLK has no ability to cancel subscriptions billed through Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku. The steps vary by platform.
Apple
On your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, open Settings and tap your name at the top. Tap “Subscriptions,” find ALLBLK, and tap “Cancel Subscription.”4Apple Support. Google Play

Amazon
Sign in to Amazon and open “Memberships & Subscriptions.” Find ALLBLK, click “Manage Subscription,” then look under Advanced Controls for “Cancel Subscription.”6Amazon. Roku
From the Roku home screen, highlight the ALLBLK app with your remote. Press the Star button, select “Manage subscription,” then choose “Turn off auto-renew.”7Roku Support. Manage or Cancel a Subscription Through Roku Roku will ask whether you want to remove the app immediately or keep it for the rest of your paid period. If “Manage subscription” doesn’t appear at all, your billing isn’t running through Roku, and you’ll need to check another platform.
Cable or Live TV Provider

What Happens After You Cancel
You keep access to ALLBLK through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Cancel in the middle of a month and you can still stream the rest of that month. ALLBLK does not issue partial refunds for unused time.8ALLBLK. AMC Streaming Services Terms of Use
To verify the cancellation stuck, log back in and check the billing section. An expiration date should appear instead of a renewal date. If you still see a renewal date, the request didn’t go through, and you’ll need to repeat the steps or contact support.
When the Cancel Button Isn’t There
If you can’t find a cancel option, you’re almost certainly on the wrong platform. Go back to your bank statement or the Account Status section in your ALLBLK profile and confirm who’s actually billing you. The most common misstep is trying to cancel on the ALLBLK site when the subscription is really running through Apple or Google.
