To cancel AdaptedMind, use the same channel you signed up through: contact AdaptedMind at info@adaptedmind.com or (707) 652-3328 if you subscribed on the website, or cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account if you subscribed on a phone or tablet. Getting this wrong is the most common reason people keep getting charged after they think they’re done.
Check Where You Signed Up First
Before doing anything, figure out whether the subscription runs through AdaptedMind’s website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Canceling on the AdaptedMind site does nothing if Apple or Google is handling your billing. Look at the original purchase confirmation email or your card statement. If the charge shows “Apple” or “Google,” you’ll cancel through the app store, not through AdaptedMind.
Cancel Through AdaptedMind
If you subscribed on the website, AdaptedMind’s billing page directs you to contact support for cancellations and refunds. Email info@adaptedmind.com or call (707) 652-3328, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.1AdaptedMind. Billing – AdaptedMind
Use the email address tied to your parent account so support can find your subscription. Keep the message simple: say you want to cancel, include the account email, and ask for written confirmation. Expect a reply within a couple of business days.
You can also log into your parent dashboard at adaptedmind.com to check subscription status. Even if support handles the cancellation, the dashboard is useful for verifying the change went through.
Cancel Through the Apple App Store
If you signed up on an iPhone or iPad, Apple runs the billing and AdaptedMind cannot stop those charges on its end. Cancel through Apple:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap AdaptedMind.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If there’s no Cancel button and you see an expiration date in red instead, the subscription is already canceled.2Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Cancel Through Google Play

- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right.
- Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap AdaptedMind.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Confirm the Cancellation Went Through
Don’t assume the cancellation stuck just because you clicked a button or sent an email. Do at least one of these:
- Look for an automated confirmation from AdaptedMind, Apple, or Google.
- Log into your AdaptedMind dashboard and check that the subscription reads as canceled or inactive.
- Watch the next billing date on your bank statement to make sure no charge appears.
Save the confirmation email or a screenshot. If a billing dispute comes up later, that documentation is the difference between a quick fix and a drawn-out fight.
