How to Cancel a Zip Account: Balance, Deactivation, Deletion

To cancel a Zip account, pay off every outstanding installment, open the Zip app, and deactivate from the Account tab. That takes about 30 seconds. If you want your personal data erased rather than just your account switched off, you’ll need to send a separate request to Zip Support, because the in-app process only deactivates.

Permanent deletion is a separate request you send directly to Zip Support.
