To cancel a Viblo AI subscription, go through whichever channel took your payment: the Viblo AI website if you paid by card directly, the Apple App Store if you subscribed on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or Google Play if you subscribed on Android. The whole thing takes about two minutes. If you’re within 30 days of your first payment, you can also request a full refund.
Cancel on the Viblo AI Website
Use this route if you signed up on viblo.ai and pay with a card linked directly to your account. Log in with the email you registered, open your account or profile settings, and find the Billing section. You’ll see your current plan, renewal date, and payment method. Select the cancellation option and confirm when prompted.
Viblo AI may ask why you’re leaving. Pick any reason and continue to the final confirmation. If the option isn’t visible or the dashboard won’t load, email support@viblo.ai and ask them to cancel the account.
Cancel Through the Apple App Store
If you subscribed on an Apple device, Apple handles the billing and Viblo AI cannot cancel it for you.
- On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find Viblo AI, and tap Cancel Subscription.
- On Mac: open the App Store, click your name, click Account Settings, scroll to Subscriptions, click Manage, then cancel Viblo AI.
If there’s no Cancel Subscription button and you instead see an expiration message in red, the subscription has already been canceled.
Cancel Through Google Play
Android subscribers have to cancel inside Google Play. Deleting the app does not stop the charges. Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, select Payments and Subscriptions, find Viblo AI, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can do the same thing on a computer at play.google.com under “My subscriptions.”
Free Trials: Cancel Before They Convert
A free trial becomes a paid subscription the moment it expires, so cancel before that date. Viblo AI doesn’t publish an exact cutoff, but Apple requires at least 24 hours’ notice before a trial ends to avoid being billed. The safe move is to cancel the day you decide you’re not continuing. You keep access through the end of the trial either way, so there’s no reason to wait.
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling stops the next charge; it doesn’t cut off your access right away. You keep premium features through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Your account should switch from showing a renewal date to showing an expiration date, and a confirmation email should arrive within a few minutes. Keep that email. It’s your proof if a charge posts later.
Check your statement around the date the next charge would have hit. If a charge shows up anyway, you have grounds to dispute it.
Refunds and the 30-Day Guarantee
Viblo AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you’re inside that window, email support@viblo.ai and request a full refund. The guarantee does not cover renewal charges, plan upgrades, add-ons, or credit top-ups.
After 30 days, refunds are limited to duplicate charges, erroneous charges, and verified service outages, each at Viblo AI’s discretion. There are no prorated refunds for unused time left in a billing cycle, so if you cancel mid-month, you don’t get the remainder back; you just keep access until the period ends.
If a Charge Posts After You Canceled
If your card is charged after you have a cancellation confirmation, the Fair Credit Billing Act lets you dispute it. You have 60 days from the date the charge appears on your statement to send a written dispute to your card issuer. Send it to the billing inquiry address on your statement, not the payment address, and include your name, account number, the amount, and why the charge is wrong.
The issuer has to acknowledge your dispute within 30 days and finish investigating within two billing cycles, up to a 90-day maximum. While they investigate, they can’t try to collect the disputed amount or report it as late. Your maximum liability for an unauthorized credit card charge is $50, and many issuers waive it. Attach your Viblo AI cancellation email to the dispute if you have one; it usually ends the question.
