How to Cancel a Mometrix Subscription: Online, Phone, and Refunds

To cancel a Mometrix subscription, use the same channel that bills you: the Mometrix website if you signed up at mometrix.com, Apple if you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, or Google Play if you subscribed on Android. Canceling in the wrong place leaves the charges running, so the first thing to confirm is where your payment actually comes from. Check a recent receipt or card statement; the merchant line will say Mometrix, Apple, or Google.

Cancel on the Mometrix Website

If you subscribed at mometrix.com, you can end the plan yourself in about two minutes.1Mometrix Online Courses Support. How Do I Unsubscribe From a Course?

  • Log in to your Mometrix Online Courses account and open My Account.
  • Click the Subscriptions tab.
  • Click View next to the plan you want to end.
  • Click Cancel Subscription.

A green confirmation box appears on screen when the cancellation goes through. If you don’t see it, the cancellation didn’t register and you’ll need to try again or contact support.

Cancel by Phone or Email

If you can’t log in or the self-service path isn’t working, Mometrix support can cancel for you. Email support@mometrix.com or call 1-800-673-8175. Phone support runs Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, excluding major holidays, and the team also answers emails on Saturdays.2Mometrix Test Preparation. Support

Have the email address on the account ready. If you’ve lost access to that email, a transaction reference number from your bank or card statement helps the team locate your profile. Say plainly that you want to cancel the recurring subscription, not pause or downgrade.

Cancel Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, Apple runs the billing. Canceling inside the Mometrix app or on the Mometrix site won’t stop the charge.3Apple Support. If You Want to Cancel a Subscription From Apple

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name to open your Apple Account.
  • Tap Subscriptions and find Mometrix in the list.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription.

If there’s no cancel button and you see a red expiration date instead, the subscription is already set to end. If Mometrix doesn’t appear in the list at all, Apple isn’t the billing source. You subscribed through the website and need to cancel there.

Cancel Through Google Play

On Android, if you subscribed through the Play Store, cancel inside Google’s system. Deleting the app does not stop billing.4Google Play Help. Cancel, Pause, or Change a Subscription on Google Play

  • Open the Google Play app and go to Subscriptions.
  • Tap the Mometrix subscription.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

If Mometrix isn’t in your Google Play subscriptions, your billing runs through the Mometrix website instead.

Getting a Refund

Mometrix offers a seven-day satisfaction guarantee on an initial purchase. A full refund is available if you cancel and ask for the refund within seven days of your first purchase. After that window, the current month’s fee is not refundable. The guarantee is limited to one per customer, so it won’t apply again if you resubscribe later.5Mometrix Online Courses Support. What Is Your Refund Policy?

Canceling the subscription does not trigger a refund on its own. You have to ask for it. Contact support at support@mometrix.com or 1-800-673-8175 within the seven days and state that you want a refund.2Mometrix Test Preparation. Support

What Happens to Your Access

Canceling stops future charges but does not cut off your account immediately. You keep access to course materials through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. When that period ends, the account goes inactive and the study content closes.

Watch for a confirmation email showing the date your access expires. If it doesn’t arrive within a day, check your spam folder, then log back in and confirm the subscription status reads as canceled. Save that email. It’s your proof if a charge shows up later.

If You’re Still Being Charged

If a charge posts after you canceled, contact Mometrix support first with the cancellation confirmation. A post-cancellation charge is usually reversed quickly once you can show you canceled before the billing date.

If that doesn’t resolve it, dispute the charge with your card issuer. For credit cards, file the dispute in writing within 60 days of the statement date showing the charge; the charge generally must exceed $50 and you generally need to have tried to resolve it with the seller first. For a debit card, contact your bank. Debit protections have tighter deadlines, so report the charge as soon as you spot it.
