Find Out Where You’re Being Billed

Before you cancel anything, check a recent bank or credit card statement. The name on the charge tells you where to go:

Deleting the App Does Not Cancel Billing

Cancel Through Apple

If Apple is the biller, use your iPhone or iPad:

  • Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  • Tap Subscriptions.

If you added HIDIVE as a Prime Video channel:

  • Find the HIDIVE add-on.
  • Select Unsubscribe and confirm.

Cancel Through Roku

On your Roku device:

  • From the Home screen, highlight the HIDIVE app.
  • Press the Star button (asterisk) on the remote.
  • Select Manage Subscription.
  • Select Turn Off Auto-Renew.

What Happens After You Cancel

HIDIVE bills in advance, so your access doesn’t stop the moment you cancel. You keep watching through the rest of the billing period you already paid for, whether that’s the remainder of a month or the balance of an annual plan. Confirm the cancellation went through by checking the subscription page on the platform you used. Look for a status change or an end date on the account. Apple and Amazon also send email confirmations. Keep that message for at least one billing cycle in case a charge shows up that shouldn’t.
