Can You Chain Two Holds Together?

What the Hold Covers

How to Request a Hold
You have four ways to submit:

- In person at your local post office, using PS Form 8076, “Authorization to Hold Mail.”

- In writing, submitted to your local post office.

Getting Your Mail Back
When the hold ends, you have two options. Your carrier can deliver the whole accumulated pile on the end date you selected, or you can pick it up at the post office yourself.2USPS. If You’ll Be Away More Than 30 Days
