A late Flex payment does not trigger a late fee from Flex itself, but it suspends your account, can be reported to TransUnion, and must be cleared in full by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month if you want to keep using the service. Your landlord is not the problem here: Flex has already paid your rent in full, so the debt you owe is to Flex, not your property. The pressure points are your bank, your credit file, and whether Flex will let you back in next month.

Flex splits your rent into two installments. The first is typically due between the 1st and the 5th, with a common cutoff of 3:00 PM ET on the 5th, and the second is due later in the month, usually around the 15th.1Flex help center.
