The GLP-1 Bridge Doesn’t Include Ozempic
You may have heard about a new Medicare program that covers GLP-1 drugs for weight loss at $50 per month. It’s called the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, and it launches July 1, 2026. The Bridge is also closed to people who have type 2 diabetes, because that condition is already covered under standard Part D.17CMS.
