How to Cancel the Auto-Renewal

- Go to the Cleverbridge refund page and enter the email address used for the purchase, the Cleverbridge reference number from your confirmation email (or from the purchase-lookup tool), and a reason for the request.
- If the purchase is eligible, Cleverbridge emails a confirmation. Click “Start Refund” in that email to complete the process.
- Accepting a refund permanently deactivates the associated software license, and the action cannot be reversed.

Several state laws back up your ability to cancel.
