Five-Year Restraining Order
Richards obtained a temporary domestic violence restraining order on July 16, 2025, nine days after Phypers filed for divorce. In her declaration she alleged that Phypers had physically abused her throughout their six-year marriage, describing choking, head-squeezing, having her head slammed into a bathroom towel rack, and repeated death threats. On October 6, 2025, Phypers’ cousin Kathleen McAllister testified via video. McAllister, who had worked at Phypers’ Quantum 360 wellness center on and off from 2017 to 2022, told the court she saw Phypers strike Richards with an open palm on January 17, 2022, causing “a really bad black eye.” She said she also witnessed him pin Richards against a concrete wall, causing a concussion, and slam her head against a toilet paper rack. On November 7, 2025, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge made the restraining order permanent for five years, through November 7, 2030. Richards testified that Phypers had caused her multiple concussions and told the judge, “He’s almost killed me so many damn times.”11NewsNation. Spousal Support and Attorney Fees
On February 26, 2026, Judge Nicole Bershon ordered Richards to pay Phypers $5,000 per month in temporary spousal support, beginning March 5, 2026, allocated as $2,000 for rent, $1,000 for a car, $1,000 for food, and $1,000 for miscellaneous expenses. OnlyFans Income Dispute

The Quantum 360 Fraud Judgment
In November 2024, Rupert Perry sued Phypers for fraud and breach of oral contract. Perry alleged that his late wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, had paid Phypers $126,000 for stem cell treatments at Quantum 360 after being diagnosed with sarcoma, and that Phypers had promised to refund half the cost if the treatment failed. Her tumors expanded by 25% following the treatment, and she died in May 2024. Phypers never responded to the lawsuit. Eviction and Outstanding Debts
Phypers and Richards were evicted from a six-bedroom Calabasas mansion they had leased since June 2020 from landlord John Karan. The lease required $400 per day, or roughly $12,000 per month, and according to Karan’s attorney the couple had not paid rent since February 2025. After a three-day notice to pay or quit was issued on August 29, 2025, Karan filed an eviction complaint in November 2025 seeking $84,000 in back rent. On December 26, 2025, the court granted Karan possession of the property through a default judgment, though the $84,000 was not ordered paid in that proceeding. On April 8, 2026, a Los Angeles judge ruled that Richards is not financially responsible for debts Phypers accrued before or during the marriage. The ruling followed an attempt by Creditors Adjustment Bureau to seize Richards’ wages and assets to satisfy Phypers’ obligations.
